Ms. Brice spent twelve years with Cordant, Inc. (formerly Sigma Data, M/A-Com Information Systems, Centel Federal Systems and TRACOR) in Reston, VA with the U.S. Postal Service contracting regulations and program implementation. During her tenure at Cordant, Ms. Brice was recognized as Employee of the Year in 1988. Thereafter, she was a Director of Integration Logistics Services (which included Quality Assurance, Spare Parts Management, Proposals and Contract Administration) for Siemens’ material handing group of Novi, Michigan. Just Prior to starting Brice Strategies Inc., Ms. Brice performed Program Management services for Battelle’s Information Technology group in Arlington, VA. Ms. Brice managed two multi-million dollar programs with USPS that gained Cordant the USPS’ Quality Supplier Award in 1996. She is a member of the Association for Proposal Management (www.apmp.org) and a supporter of the local Humane Society and Habitat for Humanity in Loudoun County. Since its inception in 2000, Brice Strategies has supported both small and large, multi-national companies in their effort to win and perform programs for the federal government and the U.S. Postal Service.
